Russian troops attacked an important energy facility in the Kherson Region, the situation with power supply is difficult.
The head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this on his Telegram channel.
He noted that power engineers are doing everything possible to eliminate the consequences of the strikes and restore power supply to the homes of residents of the region.
"All necessary services and ministries are providing the necessary assistance. I am grateful to them for their support! It is currently impossible to predict the duration of the work. Residents of the region, I ask you to be understanding and prepare for a long-term power outage," Prokudin emphasized.

Ukrenergo stated that the situation in the power system remains fully controlled and this makes it possible to predict the summer without electricity shortages, and only damage to power facilities as a result of shelling can change the situation.
