Partial failure in ChatGPT: OpenAI confirmed problems with access to service worldwide

On Tuesday, June 10, users around the world experienced outages of OpenAI services, including ChatGPT, the Sora tool, and the API.

This is according to Downdetector data.

The first complaints began to arrive at around 10:00 am Kyiv time. Users noted the appearance of the error "Something went wrong" when trying to load the chat or receive a response.

The official OpenAI status page states that the platform has begun to record an increased number of errors and delays in the operation of ChatGPT, Sora, and the API. As of 01:00 pm, the service has already been classified as experiencing a partial outage.

While some users are still able to use ChatGPT, the platform is working slower, and responses are delayed. Others cannot load the chat at all.

OpenAI has now stated that they are continuing to investigate the causes of the failure, but the exact cause and the estimated time frame for resolving the problems have not been announced.

Recall that the other day, a designer shared a life hack on how ChatGPT can be made to give more accurate and useful answers - just change the approach to communication and "refuse" it to constantly agree.
