Israel will not allow a ship with activists, including Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg, to reach the Gaza Strip. This was stated by Defense Minister Israel Katz on his X-account on Sunday, June 8.
Katz said that no one will be allowed to break through the naval blockade, which is primarily intended to prevent the transfer of weapons to Hamas.
"I have instructed the IDF to take measures to prevent the hate flotilla "Madeline" from reaching the shores of Gaza, and to take all necessary measures for this. To the anti-Semite Gertie and her friends who spread Hamas propaganda, I say clearly: you better turn back, because you will not reach Gaza. Israel will counteract any attempts to break the blockade or provide assistance to terrorist organizations - at sea, in the air," Katz wrote.
