Ukraine currently has mobilization resources and there is no need to lower the mobilization age, but society is at a stage where Ukrainian women and people from the age of 18 already need to prepare for mobilization. This was stated by the well-known volunteer, founder and head of the Center for Aerial Reconnaissance Support and the Victory Drones project Maria Berlinska in an interview with LB Live.
Thus, Berlinska expressed the opinion that she does not want women and yesterday's schoolchildren to serve, but the adult population should be ready for mobilization.
"We are already at the point where women, and, in fact, people from the age of 18, have to prepare. In general, the entire adult population, without exception. I really don't want yesterday's schoolchildren, women, to serve. We still have the mobilization resource, the ability to recruit foreigners. There are people who have never been involved in defense, but they can," she said.
Berlinska also added that she currently sees no need to forcibly mobilize women.
"We still have a chance not to bring the situation to such a critical point. Technology is an objective game changer and the only thing that will give us the opportunity to stand our ground," she explained.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, volunteer Maria Berlinska published data on Ukrainian UAV manufacturers on her Telegram channel. Later, one of the Z-channels "thanked" her for it.
Berlinska was criticized for publishing data on UAV manufacturers, in particular by blogger Ihor Lachenkov and former Azov chief of staff Bohdan Krotevych.
After a barrage of criticism directed at her, Berlinska wrote that the published data was "as old as the world."
