On the night of June 5, the russian occupiers attacked the Odesa Region with more than 25 attack UAVs. There is destruction and damage. This is stated in the message of the Prosecutor General's Office.
It is reported that as a result of the attack, the civilian infrastructure of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District was damaged. In particular, the building of the family medicine outpatient clinic was destroyed, as well as the premises of the lyceum and the center for children and youth creativity were damaged. The inspection is ongoing, and a full list of destruction and damage is being established.
"Under the procedural leadership of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Prosecutor's Office of the Odesa Region, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched," the message says.
At the scene, prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the armed aggression of the aggressor country, the russian federation.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of May 30, russian drones attacked the Odesa Region, as a result of which a branch of the logistics company Nova Poshta was destroyed.
