Petro Poroshenko's wife Maryna wanted to sue him for company shares and over 50 million dollars and euros, and leave him motorcycle, Volvo car and collection of paintings that were acquired during their cohabitation.
This is evidenced by the data of the court registry, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
She requested to recognize her right of personal private ownership of the following property: 8,190 shares of PJSC Closed Undiversified Corporate Investment Fund PRIME ASSETS CAPITAL; funds in Poroshenko's accounts in JSC MIB EUR 21,998.28, USD 29,194.65, GBP 19.84, UAH 26,671.26. According to the NBU exchange rate as of the date of filing the application, this amounts to UAH 2,235,411.73; funds in Poroshenko's accounts in JSC RwS Bank UAH 786,965.32, USD 10,700, EUR 12,000. According to the NBU exchange rate as of the date of filing the application, this amounts to UAH 986,660.42; funds in Maryna Poroshenko's accounts in JSC MIB UAH 47,338, USD 1,255,049.16, EUR 63,999.44, GBP 1.07. According to the NBU exchange rate as of the date of filing the application, this amounts to UAH 55,199,061.07; cash – EUR 3,179,150, which according to the NBU exchange rate as of March 25, 2025 is UAH 143,343,422.69.
Maryna Poroshenko asked to leave the collection of paintings, a motorcycle and a car in the ownership of Petro, and the rest of the property in joint ownership.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Maryna Poroshenko will be returned UAH 15,000, which she spent on filing a lawsuit against Petro Poroshenko. Poroshenko's wife filed a lawsuit against him in court regarding the division of property.
