"The most inadequate subject in the world." Zelenskyy says Ukraine still has no information about russian memorandum

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine still has no information about the russian "memorandum", and there is no understanding of the format.

He stated this in an evening address.

Thus, according to Zelenskyy, at the moment neither Ukraine nor Turkey as the receiving party has any information about the russian "memorandum".

"For some reason, the Russians are hiding this document. An absolutely strange position, to be honest. No understanding of the format. Apparently, they in Moscow have completely lost their way with diplomacy. They are constantly doing something to prove that they are the most inadequate subject in the world. But this is what convinces everyone that new pressure is needed - pressure on Russia," the President said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 29, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that Ukraine had conveyed to the russian side its vision of steps towards a ceasefire.

On May 29, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a just peace would most likely only be possible after the departure of russian dictator vladimir putin.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called on partners to respond to russia's statement at the UN Security Council about its readiness to fight "as long as necessary." He stressed that it was time to speak to russia "in the language of sanctions and increased support for Ukraine."
