The court fined Mustafa Nayyem UAH 17,000 and deprived him of his driver's license for 1 year for driving while intoxicated.
This is evidenced by the data of the court registry, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The incident occurred on May 30, 2024, during curfew in Kyiv.
Nayyem was driving a BMW car along Mykoly Mikhnovskoho Boulevard while intoxicated.

A sobriety test was conducted on the spot with the driver's consent using a Drager Alcotest device, the result showed 0.62 ppm.
Nayyem violated the requirements of clause 2.9A of the Road Traffic Rules, liability for which is provided for in part 1 of article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
On May 13, 2025, the Pecherskyi Court considered Nayyem's case and found him guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, sentenced him to a fine of UAH 17,000 with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 (one) year.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Verkhovna Rada member Andrii Odarchenko, who fled Ukraine, stated that the former head of the State Reconstruction Agency Mustafa Nayyem forced him to offer him an illegal benefit.
