On the evening of May 25, an explosion occurred on a railway in the russian Belgorod Oblast - the train ran over an explosive device planted under the tracks.
The governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported this.
"An extraordinary event in the Novooskolsky District. According to preliminary information, a railway train ran over an explosive device planted under the rails. As a result, an explosion occurred. There were no injuries," the message says.

The contact network was damaged. Train traffic was temporarily stopped. Emergency services are working at the scene.
According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the explosion occurred at around 6:00 p.m. It also caused a power line support to fall, which further complicated the situation. Videos from the scene are being shared on social networks.
