This is stated in the text of the operational message from the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday, the enemy launched four missile and 77 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using six missiles and dropping 130 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,837 shelling, including 130 from multiple launch rocket systems, and involved 2,997 kamikaze drones for strikes.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Zapsillia, Sumy Region; Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region; Dovha Balka, Donetsk Region; Novopavlivka, Mezhova, Dnipropetrovsk Region; Olhivske, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia Region; Mykolaivka, Odradokamyanka in the Kherson Region.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck five areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, three artillery systems and one other important enemy facility.
In the Kharkiv Axis, the enemy tried five times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Kamyanka and Dvorichna.
In the Kupyansk Axis, five attacks by the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders stopped the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of Kolisnykivka, Kruhliakivka and Zahryzove.
In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 16 times. Tried to penetrate our defenses near the settlements of Nove, Novomykhailivka, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, Hrekivka, Yampolivka and towards Hryhorivka and Bilohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk Axis, four clashes were recorded yesterday in the Kurdiumivka area and towards Bila Hora and Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out 21 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Romanivka, Ozarianivka, Krymske, Druzhba and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, our defenders stopped 61 assault actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Shevchenko Pershe, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Malynovka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Troitske, Kotlyarivka and Andriivka.
In the Novopavlivske direction, the enemy yesterday launched 30 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novopil, Zelene Pole, Vilne Pole, Bahatyr, Vesele, Burlatske and in the direction of Odradne.
In the Orikhivske direction, the invaders tried to advance five times in the areas of Stepovoye and in the direction of Novodanylivka.
In the Prydniprovsk Axis, the enemy made two futile attempts to advance.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to restrain the invader in the Kursk Axis. In this direction over the past day, the enemy launched eight air strikes, dropping 12 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 281 attacks, 13 of which were from MLRS. Ukrainian defenders stopped 43 assault actions of the invaders.
In the Siversk and Huliaipole Axes, no combat clashes were recorded.
In the Volyn and Polissia Axes, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
In total, the losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,130 people.
Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized 11 tanks, 47 armored combat vehicles, 36 artillery systems, five multiple launch rocket systems, two air defense systems, 232 operational-tactical UAVs, 232 vehicles and one unit of special equipment of the invaders.
