The statement of russian dictator vladimir putin about the creation of the so-called "buffer zone" shows that the aggressor country of russia is the only obstacle on the way to achieving peace.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha.
According to him, putin's statement was made against the background of active efforts to achieve a complete ceasefire, which should be a step towards the peace process.
"These new aggressive statements clearly reject peace efforts and show that putin was and remains the only reason for the continuation of the killings," Sybiha wrote on the social network X (Twitter).
The head of the Ukrainian foreign ministry emphasized that it is necessary to exert great pressure on russia. Only this will allow the war to end.
Sybiha's words came against the backdrop of a statement by russian dictator putin, who on May 22, said that the russian army is implementing a plan to create a "buffer zone" along the border with Ukraine. This involves seizing territories in the north of the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv Regions.
