The National Children's Specialized Hospital Okhmatdyt has begun procurement for the capital repair of the building of the medical and diagnostic complex damaged by missile shelling with an expected cost of UAH 367.45 million.

This is reported by Nashi Hroshi with reference to Prozorro.

The announcement of the simplified procurement appeared late on May 5 at 09:12 pm.

The participants had only 9 working days to prepare the documents.

However, the customer made a list of the scope of work in .doc format, which greatly facilitated the formation of the tender offer.

Companies that had experience in installing a ventilated facade of at least 1,000 sq. m. were allowed to participate under one contract (even if it is only 80% completed).

The contract was also to concern social infrastructure facilities with a high impact class (CC3).

Participants were also to have a confirmed annual income for 2024 or an average annual income for the last three years of at least 50% of the expected purchase price, i.e. UAH 183.7 million.

Three participants competed in the purchase: Riola-Modul LTD, Ukrainian Production and Construction Alliance Center and the PBF consortium.

Riola-Modul LTD submitted the cheapest offer - UAH 293 million, which is 20% less than the expected cost.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early May, the press service of the Kyiv Children's Hospital reported that all buildings and departments in Okhmatdyt had resumed work after the shelling on July 8, 2024.
