According to polls, 53% of Ukrainians consider President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Turkey, which took place this week, to be successful.
Experts from the Rating group noted this based on the results of a survey conducted on May 16.

According to the results, the absolute majority of respondents (74%) support the initiative for a 30-day ceasefire without any conditions.
The majority also consider President Zelenskyy's latest visit to Turkey successful (53%). The level of trust in the Ukrainian leader has stabilized at 70%, which is higher than at the beginning of the year (53-58%).
Despite the fact that only a quarter of respondents believe that the talks in Turkey will bring us closer to peace, respondents believe that Ukraine should continue to demonstrate openness to negotiations, and President Zelenskyy can (47%) participate in them, even in the absence of the kremlin head.
The survey was conducted on May 16 among 1,000 respondents.
