The Defense Forces of Ukraine are holding back the offensive of the russian occupiers. The invaders continue to kill Ukrainians, destroy Ukrainian cities and villages.
At the moment, the total number of clashes is 81.
This is stated in the text of the operational report of the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, the communities of the settlements of Nova Huta, Zarichne, Maryine, Vovkivka, Malushyne, Oleksandrivka, Pokrovka, Brusky, Bachivsk, Starykove, Porozok, Novodmytrivka, Shalyhyne, Petrushivka, Katerynivka, Bilokopytove, Prohres, Boyaro-Lezhachi in the Sumy Region; Huta-Studenetska in the Chernihiv Region were under attacks of the enemy artillery and mortars.
Enemy aircraft also struck the settlement of Buniakyne in the Sumy Region.
Today, the enemy attacked twice on the Kharkiv axis, in the Vovchansk area and towards Stroivka.
On the Kupiansk axis, the russian occupiers launched an attack near Zahryzove.
On the Lyman axis, today the invading army launched 12 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Lozova, Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Katerynivka, Yampolivka and Zelena Dolyna. Three clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk axis, the enemy is trying to advance in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka and in the direction of Predtechyne. Three of the four attacks were repelled by the Defense Force units, and the battle is ongoing.
On the Toretsk axis, the enemy is trying to wedge into our defenses in the areas of Toretsk, Ozarianivka, Dyliivka and Druzhba. Two attacks are ongoing, eight assault actions of the invaders have already been repelled by our defenders.
On the Pokrovsk axis, since the beginning of the day, the russian occupiers have made 23 attempts to push our soldiers from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Stara Mykolaivka, Yablunivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Nova Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Novoserhiivka, Troitske and Andriivka. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and have already repelled 17 attacks, five clashes are still ongoing.
On the Novopavlivka axis, the Ukrainian defenders have stopped nine assault actions of the enemy troops, three more clashes are currently ongoing. The enemy tried to advance in the areas of Kostiantynopil, Bahatyr, Vilne Pole, Rivnopil, Novopil and Zelene Pole. Temyrivka and Novopil were subjected to air strikes.
On the Huliaipole axis, enemy aircraft launched strikes with unguided air missiles on Huliaipole.
On the Orikhiv axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled three enemy attacks in the Stepove and Mali Shcherbaky areas. Kamianske was subjected to air strikes.
On the Dnieper axis, the terrorist country launched strikes with unguided air missiles on Mykolaivka, in addition, enemy units tried to advance twice, the battle is ongoing.
On the Kursk axis, Ukrainian soldiers have repelled seven enemy attacks today, another battle is ongoing. The invaders' aircraft launched five strikes, dropping five KABs. In addition, the enemy carried out 119 artillery attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
