The United States will make a decision on a possible meeting between President Donald Trump and russian dictator vladimir putin after talks between the russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated this, according to Clash Report’s post on Thursday, May 15.
The level of the team sent by russia for talks with Ukraine does not indicate progress, Rubio noted.
"The United States would decide on a possible meeting between Putin and Trump following the talks on Ukraine in Istanbul," the US Secretary of State said.
According to him, putin was supposed to personally participate in the talks on a ceasefire against Ukraine.
