This year, the top 50 employers in Ukraine include ten IT companies, six supermarket chains, five agricultural and six pharmaceutical companies, as well as five banks. In addition, the list of the best includes mobile operators and international companies.
These are the results of the 5th annual rating of employers in Ukraine, which was conducted by Forbes Ukraine magazine.
The top five best employers in Ukraine this year look like this: IT companies Intellias, Headway and appflame, one of the leaders in the tobacco market Philip Morris Ukraine, as well as the mobile operator Vodafone.
The rating is based on a survey of company employees. This year, Forbes Ukraine, together with Robota.ua, surveyed almost 48,000 employees from more than 270 companies.
It is significant that this year the rating of the top 50 employers has been updated by almost half - only 27 of this year’s participants were in it last year. At the same time, Intellias, Headway and Philip Morris Ukraine, as well as mobile operators Vodafone and Kyivstar, and international companies, including Carlsberg Ukraine, continue to be among the leaders, as they did last year.
In general, employers were evaluated in several categories - brand, salary, working conditions, social package, support in war, feeling of protection, opportunities for development, openness and equality.
This year, the rating also identified leaders in individual categories. For example, Interpipe won in the area of support for Ukrainian defenders. Philip Morris Ukraine had the best social package for employees. And Vodafone showed the strongest progress over the year, rising 29 places compared to last year.
