In April-May, Ukraine and the United States signed a number of important documents: a memorandum of intent to conclude an agreement on subsoil and an agreement on the establishment of an Investment Fund to support the Ukrainian economy. On May 8, the Verkhovna Rada ratified this agreement, creating the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction.

As a reminder, the Verkhovna Rada intends to amend the Budget Code to implement the agreement with the United States on the establishment of the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction (the Minerals Agreement) regarding the allocation of Ukraine's contribution to the fund.
