"Putin is responding with such brutal blows to Ukraine's unconditional proposal for a ceasefire for 30 days or longer. He is deliberately mocking US peace efforts," he stressed.
The Foreign Minister also stated that in order to stop terror, it is necessary to increase pressure on Moscow.
"This is also another reminder why celebrating the 80th anniversary of the victory over Nazism together with putin's russia is unacceptable. These are not "liberators", but war criminals," he summed up.
