Russian military personnel losses on May 5 increased by 1,430 to 959,500 people, and Ukrainian defenders destroyed 3 tanks, 5 armored combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems and 145 drones over the past day.
This was stated in a message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Thus, the enemy lost 3 tanks (total - 10,766), 5 armored combat vehicles (total - 22,416), 61 artillery systems (total - 27,431), 1 unit of rocket artillery (total - 1,378), 103 units of automotive equipment and tankers (total - 47,353), 3 units of special equipment (total - 3,873), and 145 drones (total - 35,142) per day.
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 1,155 air defense systems, 3,196 cruise missiles, 372 aircraft, 335 helicopters, 28 ships/boats and 1 submarine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russian troops on May 4 increased by 1,260 to 958,070 people, and equipment losses increased by 5 tanks, 43 artillery systems, and 137 UAVs.
