Maryna Poroshenko did not provide the court with a number of evidence regarding the acquisition of the disputed property, its value, which she wants to sue from Petro Poroshenko.
This is stated in the court materials, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As can be seen from the content of the claims, Maryna Poroshenko is asking to divide the property that belongs to the Poroshenko spouses (Maryna and Petro) by right of joint ownership. However, Maryna Poroshenko submitted to the court only confirmation of ownership of part of the property, in particular cars and ownership of shares. She did not submit evidence of the acquisition of the property subject to division, namely during the marriage, evidence of the ownership of the disputed property by the spouses, evidence of the value of the disputed property.
In this regard, the court suggested that Maryna Poroshenko provide appropriate evidence (original documents) confirming that the property specified in the lawsuit and subject to division was acquired during the parties' marriage and belongs to the parties at the time of the division of this property.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, neither Maryna Poroshenko nor Petro Poroshenko came to court regarding the division of property. The court told what property the Poroshenkos want to divide.
