On the night of Wednesday, April 30, russian troops launched 108 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 50 of them, another 22 drones did not reach their targets (lost in location).
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

It is noted that on the night of April 30, 2025 (from 9:30 p.m. on April 29), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 108 strike UAVs and other types of simulator drones from the Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk districts (both - russia) and Cape Chauda (Crimea).
The main directions of the attack are the cities of Dnipro and Kharkiv.
"As of 11:30 a.m., it has been confirmed that 50 Shahed attack UAVs (other types of UAVs) have been shot down in the east, north, south and center of the country.
22 enemy simulator UAVs were lost in location (without negative consequences)," the report says.
In addition, two enemy UAVs are still in Ukrainian airspace, combat operations are ongoing.
It is reported that the Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk Regions were affected by the enemy attack.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 29, the russians launched 100 drones over Ukraine, air defense forces shot down 37 of them, and another 47 UAVs were lost in location.
