"Kharkiv, Dnipro, Dobropillia, our other cities and communities. More than 100 Russian strike drones this night, 375 strike drones since the beginning of the week, more than 190 of them – Shaheds," Zelenskyy wrote.
He said that more than 45 people were injured in Kharkiv as a result of two waves of strikes, including two children. The youngest injured person is five years old. "Russian drones continue to fly in the sky over Ukraine all morning. And so - every day. That is why we need pressure on Russia, strong additional sanctions that will work. Pressure, not just words or attempts to convince, must force Russia to cease fire and end the war. Pressure from the United States, Europe, everyone in the world who believes that war has no place on Earth. We need additional air defense systems to protect our people, which will make this air terror by Russia impossible," Zelenskyy stressed.
The President also thanked everyone who supports Ukraine and Ukrainians at this time, everyone who is preparing new sanctions against russia for prolonging the war and defense packages for Ukraine for the sake of protecting life.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, late on the evening of April 29, the russians carried out a large-scale attack on Kharkiv, using at least 15 drones.
Also, on the night of April 30, the russian occupiers massively attacked the city of Dnipro with Shaheds.
