On Saturday, April 26, a powerful explosion and fire occurred in a port in southern Iran, probably related to a cargo of a chemical ingredient used to make rocket fuel.
The explosion killed four people and injured more than 500, according to the Mehr News portal.

It is noted that the explosion occurred at about 12:30 a.m. local time in the port of Shahid Rajaee. The port's activities are currently suspended.
