As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a new round of peace talks with the participation of representatives of Ukraine, the UK, France and the US will be held on April 23 in London.

Recall, on April 21, russian dictator vladimir putin, for the first time in many years, declared his readiness for direct bilateral negotiations with Ukraine.

We also wrote that on April 20, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine proposes to abandon any strikes on civilian infrastructure for a period of at least 30 days with the possibility of extension.
