Ukraine has achieved the introduction of definitive anti-dumping measures on the import of heating radiators originating in the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Turkey into Ukraine.
This is stated in a message by the Ilyashev and Partners law firm, the Ukrainian News agency reports
"On April 16, 2025, the Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade adopted Decision No. AD-573/2025/441-01 on the application of a definitive anti-dumping duty in the amount of: 37.35% for manufacturers and exporters of heating radiators originating in the Republic of Turkey and from 23.30% to 42% for manufacturers and exporters of heating radiators originating in the PRC," the statement said.
The decision was published on April 18 in the Uriadovyi Kurier (Governmental Courier) newspaper.
It is noted that the measures apply to imports of steel, aluminum and bimetallic radiators classified under codes ex 7322 19 00 00, ex 7616 99 10 00, ex 7616 99 90 00 according to the UKT FEA, with the exception of towel warmers, underfloor water convectors and designer tubular radiators.
The definitive duty is imposed for a period of five years and will enter into force 10 days after the date of official publication of the notice in the Uriadovyi Kurier newspaper.
Its collection will be carried out by customs authorities regardless of the payment of other taxes and fees.
The notice states that the anti-dumping investigation was initiated in April 2024 upon a complaint by Sun Tech Rai LLC and Uterm Ukraine LLC, which were represented by the Ilyashev and Partners law firm.
According to the results of the investigation, the Commission confirmed the fact of dumping, significant harm to the national producer and the presence of a causal link between them.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 15, 2024, the Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade (ICIT) imposed anti-dumping measures for a period of 4 months on the import of heating radiators originating in Turkey and China into Ukraine.
