Head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov arrived in Paris (France) for talks with representatives of the US and the Coalition of the Willing. Yermak announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Just landed in Paris. We flew in together with Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov. As part of the visit, a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings are planned with representatives of the states of the Coalition of the Willing and able to guarantee security, in particular from France, Germany and the UK. Meetings with representatives of the US, who are currently in France, are also planned," he said.
Yermak noted that the Ukrainian delegation in Paris is working on important issues for the security of Ukraine and all of Europe.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the US Department of State previously reported that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will visit Paris on April 16-18 for talks with European colleagues to advance President Trump's goal of ending the russian-Ukrainian war and stopping the bloodshed.
The Coalition of the Willing, led by France and Britain, is working on a plan to send a mission to Ukraine to guarantee a future "ceasefire." In March, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Coalition of the Willing is already working both politically and militarily.
