As a result of the russian strike on Sumy on April 13, the number of victims has increased to 129 people. 35 people were killed.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has said this in a statement on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Thus, as of 8 p.m. on April 14, it became known that as a result of the missile strike on April 13, 35 people were killed, including 2 children. 129 people were injured, including 17 children.
Meanwhile, rescuers from the State Emergency Service continue to work at the scene of the tragedy - they are clearing rubble and dismantling emergency structures.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Artiukh, actually admitted that on the day when the russian army struck the center of Sumy, an award ceremony for the military was supposed to take place. At the same time, he distanced himself from this event.
We will remind you that 14 police officers were injured in the russian missile attack on Sumy on April 13, and there are also killed and wounded employees of other services who were eliminating the consequences of the strike.
