US President Donald Trump complained that kremlin leader vladimir putin used to respect him more, and that russia attacked Ukraine allegedly because of the actions of Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The American President wrote about this on his social network Truth Social.
In his statement, Trump called russia's war against Ukraine a "parody" and said that there were "many ways" to prevent it.
The current US President also said that he had nothing to do with the russian-Ukrainian war.
"The war between Russia and Ukraine is Biden's war, not mine. I just got there, and for four years during my term, I had no problem in preventing it from happening. President Putin, and everyone else, respected your President! I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS WAR, BUT I AM WORKING DILIGENTLY TO GET THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION TO STOP,” Trump said.
He once again claimed that the 2020 US election was rigged.
"If the 2020 Presidential Election was not RIGGED, and it was, in so many ways, that horrible War would never have happened. President Zelenskyy and Crooked Joe Biden did an absolutely horrible job in allowing this travesty to begin. There were so many ways of preventing it from ever starting. But that is the past. Now we have to get it to STOP, AND FAST. SO SAD!" Trump wrote.

Recall that earlier the head of the White House commented on russia's missile strike on the city of Sumy, which occurred on Palm Sunday and took the lives of at least 34 people. The politician called the attack "horrible" and said that he had been informed of the alleged mistake of the strike.
At the same time, Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Donald Trump to visit Ukraine before proposing any peace initiatives to end the war. According to the head of state, a personal visit will allow the American politician to see the consequences of russian aggression with his own eyes.
