On the night of Thursday, April 10, russian troops launched 145 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 85 drones, 49 UAVs did not reach their targets (lost in location).
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that on the night of April 10 (from 7 p.m. on April 9), the enemy attacked with 145 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – russia, Chauda – TOT Crimea.
"As of 9:00 a.m., it has been confirmed that 85 Shahed attack UAVs (other types of drones) have been shot down in the north, south, east and center of the country. 49 enemy simulator drones have been lost in location (without negative consequences)," the report says.
The Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Poltava and Mykolaiv Regions were affected by the russian attack.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of April 9, the russians launched 55 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 32 drones, and another 8 UAVs did not reach their targets (lost in location).
