Since autumn 2024, the composition of territorial recruitment and social support centers across the country has changed. This was announced by the head of the personnel department of the Ground Forces Command Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Vitalii Tkachenko, Glavcom reports.
Thus, almost 70% of servicemen from among those who do not have health restrictions were transferred to combat units in 2024-2025.
The Ground Forces noted that since the specific number of servicemen serving in the territorial recruitment and social support centers is not subject to publication, the answer is formed as a percentage of the absolute number.
"Almost everyone from the territorial recruitment and social support centers who is fit was sent to the front," the Ground Forces headquarters said.
A new wave of military personnel has joined the territorial recruitment and social support centers - those who participated in hostilities and received injuries and contusions. Such people make up 50% of the staff of centers responsible for mobilization, on average across the country, they added.
"In addition, on average, about 20% of the total territorial recruitment and social support centers staff are civilian employees who are not those liable for military service. They work in the life support services of the centers (cooks, accountants, lawyers, etc.).
As for the heads of the territorial recruitment and social support centers, since the beginning of the great war, all of them have been replaced without exception. According to the command of the Ground Forces, 85% of all newly appointed leaders served in combat military units and have combat experience," the publication writes.
Recall, earlier, networks, citing a declaration, stated that the participant in the conflict with women in Kyiv, which arose in Kyiv on March 29 due to russian music, turned out to be an employee of the Kyiv City territorial recruitment and social support center.
Currently, the police are establishing the circumstances of the incident that occurred on the evening of March 29 in the Holosiyivskyi district of Kyiv between a veteran and a group of citizens who were resting. According to the women who were also participants in the conflict, the serviceman attacked them without reason. The other party to the conflict, a volunteer from the opposing company, said that after the first request to turn off the music, the women agreed, but later the situation repeated.
The video distributed on the network shows a man hitting one of the women in the company in the head.
