The head of the russian Direct Investment Fund, which, on behalf of russian president vladimir putin, is participating in negotiations with the US, Kyiv-born Kirill Dmitriev still heads a charitable foundation named after him, the public organization "Anti-Crisis" and has 12.5% in a marketing and advertising agency registered in Kyiv.
This is evidenced by data from the Youcontrol analytical system, which accumulates information from state registers.
According to the system, Dmitriev, who is still listed in the registers as a citizen of Ukraine, with a registration address in Kyiv, 38, Predslavinska Street, is the founder and head of the charitable organization "Kirill Dmitriev's Social Initiatives Foundation" and the all-Ukrainian public organization "Anti-Crisis".

Both of these organizations were founded in 2009 and registered at the same address - Kyiv, 6, Rylskyi Lane.
The co-founder of "Anti-Crisis" together with Dmitriev is Igor Sadikov.
The head of the russian Direct Investment Fund also owns 12.5% of the authorized capital of LLC "Ukrainian Dream", which was also registered in Kyiv in 2010.
The company is engaged in market research and public opinion research, as well as advertising. The main beneficiary of the company is Mykola Lysak, the head is Vladislav Melokhin.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, at the time when the above companies were founded, Dmitriev worked in Kyiv and headed Viktor Pinchuk's investment fund Icon Private Equity
