Russia destroys 214,000 civilian infrastructure facilities in Ukraine - Yermak

As of today, the aggressor country of russia has destroyed 214,000 civilian infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, in particular, 173,000 residential buildings. This was stated by the head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak at a meeting with students of the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

"Ukraine is forming a Register of Damages, which includes all facilities affected by russian aggression. The russian federation has destroyed 214,000 civilian infrastructure facilities, in particular, 173,000 residential buildings and 9,000 communication facilities," Yermak noted.

According to him, the World Bank estimated the losses caused to Ukraine by russian aggression at USD 524 billion.

Yermak is convinced that artificial intelligence can help in processing huge data sets, establishing the exact amount of damage, identifying and searching for war criminals.

"And we will actively use it for this purpose. AI can count all the damage caused to Ukraine, down to the penny. But to convince the whole world that we are right, to convince to compensate for the damage and restore justice - this is within the power of only a person," he said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the total number of damaged cultural heritage monuments in Ukraine due to russian aggression is 1,419 objects. Of these, 139 are of national importance, 1,184 are local.
