Russian Shaheds, which attacked the city of Dnipro at night, damaged the regional council building. Windows were broken there, and a crater formed on the sidewalk.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk.
"The main thing is that there were no casualties. And we will restore, repair, and put everything that was damaged in order," he wrote.
The published photos show how utility workers are already cleaning the area around the building.
"The usual tactic of the russians is to put pressure with terror. Only inhumans are capable of this," Lukashuk added.

Recall that on the night of Friday, April 4, russian troops launched 78 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 42 of them, another 22 drones did not reach their targets (lost in location).
In Kharkiv, however, the number of people killed as a result of the russian attack increased to 5 people. An 88-year-old man died in the hospital.
