On the night of Thursday, April 3, russian troops launched 39 drones over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to shoot down 28 of them, another 7 drones did not reach their targets (lost in location).
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that on the night of April 3 (from 9 p.m. on April 2), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 39 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions of Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk (all - russia).
"As of 9 a.m., it has been confirmed that 28 Shahed attack UAVs (other types of drones) have been shot down in the north and east of the country. 7 enemy simulator drones have been lost in location (without negative consequences)," the report says.
The Kharkiv, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk Regions were affected by the russian attack.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of April 2, the russians launched 74 drones over Ukraine, air defense forces shot down 41 of them, and another 20 drones did not reach their targets.
