They don't need money, they need thousand tanks: Trump's pastor made statement after his visit to Ukraine

The personal spiritual advisor to the US President, Pastor Mark Burns, published a statement following his visit to Ukraine, where he visited the cities of the Kyiv Region that were under occupation in March 2022.

This is evidenced by Burns' post on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

According to him, the war in Ukraine is bigger than Democrats or Republicans, the Left or the Right.

"It doesn't matter whether you like President Trump or President Zelenskyy, real people are dying here," Burns emphasized.

The Pastor wrote that 20,000 Ukrainian children were kidnapped and illegally deported by the aggressor country of russia. Recently, 300 women were raped, as reported by leaders of various religious denominations. In addition, 700 religious buildings have been destroyed as a result of the fighting, because "they are often the only source of hope for the Ukrainian people."

"When I see photos of the dead bodies of children and the elderly, hear firsthand about how pastors with their hands tied behind their backs are forced to kneel and shot in the back of the head, or how young soldiers who took up arms, blown to pieces by drone strikes, thank President Trump and ask for more ammunition to protect their homes, young wives and children, I care less about whether you like President Zelenskyy or whether you don't want to give more money to Ukraine," Burns wrote.

He emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers on the front lines are not asking for money. They are asking for 1,000 tanks, 300 F-35s and air defenses needed to destroy drones that "continue to bomb civilian buildings and kill people."

Burns added that no one paid him for his visit to Ukraine. He was invited by the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine, Moshe Azman.

"For him and for me, this is not about politics, it's about human lives," the Pastor stressed.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 31, the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Azman said that the personal spiritual advisor to the US President Mark Burns visited Bucha and other cities in the Kyiv Region, where mass killings of civilians by russian occupiers took place.
