Klitschko meets with mayor of Toulouse and discusses French city's assistance in restoring Kyiv's infrastructure

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko met with a delegation from the city hall of the French city of Toulouse. In particular, the issues of restoring Kyiv's infrastructure damaged by russian shelling were discussed. Klitschko reported this on Telegram.

"Meet with the mayor of Kyiv's sister city of Toulouse, Jean-Luc Moudenc, and a delegation from the Toulouse city hall. We continue to develop economic and cultural ties between the cities. Kyiv is ready to join cooperation in future joint projects. This also applies to support in the reconstruction of the Ukrainian capital. In particular, the restoration of infrastructure facilities damaged by the aggressor. In order to consolidate cooperation, we signed a Declaration of Sister Cities with the mayor of Toulouse on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of friendly ties between the cities," Vitali Klitschko reported.

The mayors of Kyiv and Toulouse also honored the memory of the Heroes-Defenders and laid flowers at the Memorial to the fallen Kyivans-defenders. In addition, Klitschko and Moudenc walked along the "glass bridge" and planted a tree on the Alley of Friendship on Volodymyrska Hill.
