On March 27, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully struck the Pogar border checkpoint in the Bryansk Oblast of the aggressor country of russia, from where the russian occupiers were launching Shaheds.
This is stated in a message of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook on Friday, March 28.
As a result of the strike, the Air Forces destroyed the military infrastructure of the checkpoint in the area of Sluchovsk in the Bryansk Oblast of the russian federation, including communication and electronic warfare equipment, a video surveillance system, and other technical means of the occupiers. In addition, it was possible to eliminate from 15 to 40 occupiers.
"It is known that Russian UAV launches have been repeatedly recorded from the Pogar location. The destruction of the specified checkpoint reduces the enemy's potential to conduct combat operations against units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy Region and on the Kursk axis," the report says.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck in response to the daily russian Shahed terror.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Friday, March 21, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine delivered a successful strike on the command post of the russian border post in Glotovo, Belgorod Oblast of the russian federation.
