The United Nations should introduce an interim administration in the russian city of Vorkuta to begin with, since dictator vladimir putin is spending billions on the war against Ukraine instead of developing his cities.
This was reported by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Heorhii Tykhyi in his X-account on Friday, March 28.
"Counter-offer: temporary UN governance in russia, starting with Vorkuta. It seems that locals would benefit greatly from any governance other than putin, who spends billions of dollars on his criminal war against Ukraine," Tykhyi emphasized.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman made the corresponding statement in response to putin's words on Thursday, March 27. The russian dictator proposed discussing the introduction of an interim administration in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN and a number of countries in order to hold elections due to the alleged illegitimacy of the government.
