In the Sumy Region, attempts to enter by russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups continue to be recorded. Their attempts to enter have been noticed to move further south, closer to the Kharkiv Region.

This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Andrii Demchenko, on the air of a telethon.

"The activity of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups continues precisely in the Sumy Axis. And if earlier we recorded more attempts to enter by enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the north of the Sumy Region, closer to the Chernihiv Region, then in the past few weeks, attempts by sabotage groups to enter further south, closer to the Kharkiv Region have also been exposed," he said.

The spokesman emphasized that the Ukrainian military understands well the threat from enemy sabotage activities, therefore all units of the Defense Forces are acting together.
