Poland deports over 80 Ukrainians: main reasons for deportation

Since the beginning of the year, the Polish authorities have deported 1,300 foreigners, including over 80 Ukrainians. The main reason for deportation is the transportation of illegal migrants and the commission of crimes.

This was reported by Rzeczpospolita, citing data from the Polish Border Guard Service.

The most frequently deported from Poland were citizens of Georgia (260) and Belarus (220). Last year, there were more deported people - over 700. But the most frequently deported people were russians.

Poland deported, in particular, those who used the Balkan route for the mass transportation of illegal migrants, as well as those who committed repeated crimes on the territory of the country.

The most frequently deported were those who threatened order in the country. Usually these are repeat offenders convicted of assaults and fights. There are also many drivers who have committed road accidents while intoxicated.

Ukrainians who are deported for crimes are brought to the Ukrainian border and handed over to local authorities.

Recall that Ukrainian schoolchildren who left for Poland after the start of the full-scale invasion can now choose Ukrainian as one of the foreign languages.
