259 combat clashes take place at front during day, Pokrovsk Axis was the hottest

On March 11, 259 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked the most in the Pokrovsk (68 clashes) and Lyman (33 clashes) Axes, as well as in the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast (33 clashes).

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy launched two missile strikes using two missiles on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 74 air strikes, dropping 116 guided bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out more than 5,000 shelling, 156 of them from multiple launch rocket systems, and attracted 2,285 kamikaze drones for strikes.

On March 11, 259 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Thus, in the Kharkiv Axis, Ukrainian troops repelled 8 attacks in the directions of the settlements of Hlyboke and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 13 attacks were repelled near Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Bohuslavka and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 33 times near the settlements of Cherneshchyna, Hrekivka, Katerynivka, Yampolivka, Novomykhailivka, Nove and Zelena Dolyna.

In the Siversk Axis, 6 assaults by the occupation forces were repelled near the settlements of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamyanske.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, 14 combat clashes were recorded in the areas of Mayske, Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk Axis, 32 attacks were repelled near the settlements of Bila Hora, Dyliyivka, Dachne, Druzhba, Kurdiumivka and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, the defenders stopped 68 assaults of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Novotoretske, Vodiane Druhe, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zelene, Zvirove, Leontovychi, Serhiyivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiyivka, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanivka, Oleksiyivka, Shevchenko, Kotliarivka, Ulakly and Andriyivka.

In the Novopavlivka Axis, the enemy tried in vain 18 times to break through near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Pryvilne, Skudne, Vilne Pole and Burlatske.

In the Huliaipole Axis, 15 clashes with the enemy took place in the areas of the settlements of Zelene Pole, Novosilka and Novopil.

In the Orikhiv Axis, the enemy carried out 9 offensive actions in the directions of the settlements of Novodanylivka, Stepove, Pyatykhatky, Shcherbaky, Kamianske and Lobkove.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, 2 enemy attacks were repelled.

In the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast (russian federation), units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 33 attacks by russian invaders during the day.

In addition, the enemy carried out 22 air strikes using 28 guided bombs, and also carried out 280 artillery attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, in particular, 19 from multiple launch rocket systems.

Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 7 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the russian invaders.

In total, the losses of the russian occupiers on March 11 amounted to 1,430 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 10, 140 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most frequently in the Lyman (22 clashes) and Pokrovsk (21) Axes.
