On March 11, the Ministry of Finance placed domestic government loan bonds for UAH 8.5 billion.
This is announced in a statement from the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Securities with a maturity of 1.4 years for UAH 366 million at 16.31% per annum were placed, 2.4 years - for UAH 3.1 billion at 17.44% per annum, and 3.4 years - for UAH 5.1 billion at 15.61% per annum.
On November 8, 2022, the Ministry of Finance placed military bonds for UAH 43.7 million, which is the smallest amount since the beginning of the war.
Prior to this, the smallest amount was raised on October 4, 2022 - UAH 44.5 million.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Finance previously reported that military bonds are primarily a tool to support the state budget during a full-scale invasion by the russian federation, and not a tool to maximize income from investment activities, so rates on military government bonds remain fixed.
