US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said during a break after a four-hour meeting that the talks between Ukraine and the US are "getting there".

Thus, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz walked through the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jeddah, where negotiations between US and Ukrainian officials are taking place.
When asked by CNN how the meeting went, Waltz replied that it was "getting there".
After that, Rubio and Waltz got into the elevator during a break in the meeting, which has been going on for four hours.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a meeting of the Ukrainian and US delegations began today in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). Yermak noted that the meeting with the US team began "very constructively".
The Ukrainian side is represented by the Head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, and the Deputy Head of the President's Office Pavlo Palisa.
The American side is represented by the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the US President's National Security Advisor Michael Waltz.
