The brother of the Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK, former Commander-in-Chief Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Artur, earned more than UAH 4 million in a year of war.
This is stated in his electronic declaration, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The salary for a year of work at the Ministry of Defense amounted to UAH 1,228,357.
Artur Zaluzhnyi received another UAH 3,191,103 as compensation while on a long-term business trip.
He also received UAH 23,000 in material assistance from the state.
His wife Yulia gave birth to a child during the war and received payments in accordance with the law.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Zaluzhnyi’s brother changed military service to diplomatic service.
