The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has opened criminal proceedings on the death and injury of Ukrainian servicemen as a result of a missile strike by russians on a training ground in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
This is stated in the SBI report.
As reported, investigative actions are currently underway to clarify all the details of the incident. A special joint group of law enforcement officers has left for the scene of the attack.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 4 of Article 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (negligent attitude towards military service committed under martial law or in a combat situation).
The Prosecutor General's Office is supervising the proceedings.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 1, one of the units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine became the target of a missile strike launched by the aggressor country of russia. There are killed and wounded.
Commander of the Ground Forces Mykhailo Drapatyi reacted to the enemy attack on the AFU training ground, stating that he had ordered an inspection and that all those responsible for the tragedy would be held accountable.
