109 combat clashes take place at front during day, operational zone in Kursk Oblast was the hottest

On March 2, 109 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy attacked the most in the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation (30 clashes) and in the Pokrovsk Axis (18 clashes).

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy launched one missile strike using 4 missiles on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 88 air strikes, in particular, dropping 126 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, the enemy carried out more than 5,600 shelling, 124 of them from multiple launch rocket systems, and attracted 2,375 kamikaze drones for strikes.

On March 2, 109 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Thus, in the Kharkiv Region, one combat clash took place near the settlement of Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 3 attacks of the occupiers were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Zahryzove, Petropavlivka and Lozova during the day.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 15 times near Nove, Yampolivka and Novomykhailivka.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, 4 assault actions took place in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Hryhorivka and Oleksandro-Shultyne.
In the Toretsk Axis, 14 attacks were repelled in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, 18 attacks of the aggressor were repelled towards the settlements of Tarasivka, Promin, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Kotliarivka, Andriyivka, Vodiane Druhe and Ulakly.

In the Novopavlivka Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 5 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Pryvilne and Skudne.

In the Orikhivka Axis, 2 assaults were observed in the areas of the settlements of Nesterianka and Novodanylivka.

In the Prydniprovsk Axis, 3 enemy attacks were repelled.

In the Kursk Axis the russian federation, 30 attacks were repelled in the past day; the enemy carried out 444 artillery attacks, 12 of them from multiple launch rocket systems; carried out 19 air strikes, dropping 30 guided aerial bombs.

In the Siversk and Huliaipole Axes, the occupation forces did not conduct active offensive operations.

In the past day, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 4 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, one radar station and four enemy artillery systems.

In total, the losses of the russian invaders on March 2 amounted to 1,350 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 28, 91 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most of the time in the Pokrovsk Axis (26 clashes) and in the operational zone in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation (18 clashes).
