Russian infantry trying to storm border in Sumy Region, but there is no breakthrough - Kovalenko

In the area of the village of Novenke, Sumy Region, the russians are attempting to storm the border with infantry groups, there is no breakthrough of the border.

This was announced by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kovalenko in his Telegram channel.

Kovalenko commented on information from some media outlets about the gray zone that appeared on the DeepState map in the Novenke area.

"Currently, the russians are attempting to storm the border without columns of equipment, with infantry groups. The Defense Forces are destroying the enemy. At the moment, there has been no breakthrough, the fighting continues," he wrote.

According to him, the russians' plan is to try to go to the rear of the highway that runs from Yunakivka to Sudzha, and try to influence the logistics of the Defense Forces.

"But this plan is known, measures to disrupt it are being taken by the Defense Forces," Kovalenko added.
