The Verkhovna Rada has early terminated the parliamentary powers of the Member of Parliament from the Servant of the People faction Iryna Kormyshkina (formerly Allakhverdieva).
The MP from the Holos faction Yaroslav Zhelezniak has written on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
246 MPs voted for the relevant decision, with the minimum required 226.
The meeting at which the recall took place was also broadcast by the MP from the European Solidarity faction Oleksii Honcharenko on his YouTube channel.
Kormyshkina stated during her speech that she was resigning her mandate against her own will.
After the termination of her powers, 400 MPs remained in the Rada.
According to Zhelezniak, next on the Servant of the People list in order of succession, Kormyshkina's place should be taken by Inna Sverba.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the High Anti-Corruption Court did not allow MP Kormyshkina to travel abroad.
Kormyshkina previously stated that she received UAH 14 million as a gift from her father, but did not have time to legalize them because he died, but the NACP did not believe this.
