Trump replaces desk in his office after Musk's son wiped booger on it - NyPost

President Trump ordered the iconic Resolute Desk to be removed from the Oval Office for repairs after the son of the head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) picked his nose and wiped a booger on it live on air.

This was reported by the New York Post.

Musk's 4-year-old son appeared in the Oval Office with his father and Trump during a joint question-and-answer session about the work of the Department. The publication writes that the child watched the adults' conversations with interest, periodically sticking his finger up his nose.

"Once, the toddler, whose mother is pop star Grimes, moved his finger in his nostril and then appeared to wipe the "receipt" on the famous desk, first used by John F. Kennedy in 1961 and later used by presidents including Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Joe Biden during their time in office," the article says.

After that, Trump said that the Resolute desk had been temporarily replaced with another. "It's a nice, but temporary replacement!" the US President noted.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 7, the American magazine Time dedicated the cover of its latest issue to billionaire Elon Musk, as he allegedly sits at the desk in the Oval Office of the White House, where US presidents usually sit.
