North Korea plans to deliver 148 KN 23 ballistic missiles to russia by 2026 - Budanov

North Korea plans to deliver 148 KN 23 long-range ballistic missiles to russia this year.

This was announced by the head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov during a forum in Kyiv, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"North Korea has actively begun to deliver missile systems. According to the plan this year, North Korea should deliver 148 KN23 missiles," Budanov said.

He also said how many North Koreans are currently in russia.

"As of now, 4,000 people have been "withdrawn" (killed and wounded). Replacements are being prepared, but there are no signs yet. 8,000 North Koreans are still active," the head of the Defense Intelligence noted.

Budanov added that the North Koreans are helping the russians master artillery systems that they supply to the russian federation.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the North Korean ballistic missiles that the aggressor state of russia has been firing at Ukraine since late December were much more accurate than those launched over the past year.

The North Korean prisoners captured in the Kursk Oblast believed they were fighting against South Korean soldiers. One of them wants to be transferred to South Korea in the future. On Saturday, January 11, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Defense Forces had captured two North Korean soldiers in the Kursk Oblast. According to him, this task was not easy: usually the russians and other North Korean soldiers finish off their wounded and do everything to prevent evidence of the participation of another state, North Korea, in the war against Ukraine.
